Welcome to Harris County MUD 278

Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 278 (the "District") is a municipal utility district created in 1985 by order of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. The District contains approximately 1230 acres of land and is located along Atascocita Road and Will Clayton Parkway.

The District has constructed and operates water, sanitary sewer, and drainage facilities to serve its residents.
