Harris County Municipal Utility District 278 (HCMUD 278) residents may be experiencing service interruption as the District is currently experiencing an unplanned District-wide water outage at the water plant facility. Repairs are underway. The estimated time for water service to resume is 4:00 p.m. and this post will be updated as more information becomes available from the District Operator.
