The Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 278 (HCMUD 278) Board of Directors would like to announce the opening of the walking trails around Blackstone Creek to residents of HCMUD 278.
These walking trails are intended for pedestrian use, and residents of HCMUD 278 are encouraged to use them as such. As a reminder, there is no use of motorized vehicles such as ATVs, four-wheelers, cars, trucks, or motorcycles on the trails or in and around Blackstone Creek.
The Blackstone Creek walking trail is subject to the Park General Use Guidelines and Rules, including fines, adopted by HCMUD 278. You may request a full copy of the Park Rules using the Contact Us link on this website.
